Email Signature

Add a Forward campaign image or text signature to your email. There are 8 to select from.

Zoom Backgrounds

Below are steps on how to use Forward Campaign virtual backgrounds for Zoom conferences. There are 11 to choose from.

1. Download the background you want to use here
2. When in a zoom meeting, click on the arrow next to “start video” and select “virtual background”
   
   
   
   
3. This will bring up your settings in a preview window, click the + symbol below the image preview and click “add image”
   
   
   
   
4. Navigate to the location where you downloaded the image from step one and click open. Then you can choose the new image by clicking on the thumbnail.
   
   
5. If the image and/or words look reversed, uncheck “mirror my video” at the bottom
   
   
   
6. Start your video, you will now see yourself on the virtual background in the meeting. 

Desktop Wallpaper

How to change your desktop background/wallpaper

1. Download the image you would like to use and save to a folder where you can easily find the image file (default is usually your downloads folder). There are 4 to choose from.
2. After downloading locate the image file on your computer
3. Right click on the image and select:
   • Windows: "Set as desktop background.”
     
   • MAC: “Set Desktop Picture”
