At Johns Hopkins Health Plans, we provide health care benefits, services, and solutions, backed by the research and clinical expertise of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Johns Hopkins Health Plans aligns with the world-renown brand of Johns Hopkins Medicine, standing with our medical teams and members to improve health outcomes for those we serve. Watch a video to get to know us.

As part of this change, the brand marks (logos) for Employer Health Programs, Advantage MD, and US Family Health Plan will also change to Johns Hopkins Health Plans, although their plan's names will remain the same. The transition to Johns Hopkins Health Plans branding will be gradual; for a period, it is acceptable for both the updated and outgoing branding to co-exist. For brochures and other materials, please use the current inventory until depleted or changes are required. Although doing business as Johns Hopkins Health Plans, the legal name of the organization will remain Johns Hopkins HealthCare LLC.
